legaly that means?/z 1 person seen by a psychiatrist is then put on one of these two orders/z & iv not either of the prestated two types/z of compulsory treatment binding treatment orders/z & to be not been put on or assignedd flow chart decision and offical judgement having the mental health assessment order person somehow is not meeting the requirements/z to be legally bound to either an ITO or CTO then such unusual and never common for an already hosptialized person to alternatively having this one only way a person been sighted & assessedd may after such meeting ( not even needing to be interview though formal legal judgement has been flow charted into the only outcome to not be hospitalizedd & get to live the lucky heapsz lucky scenario & episode ending allowing the clearedd person to in reality walk away .... . . . .
