instead of capital punishing the writers/z and implementers/z of this mental health act 2014 i guess the better answer and resolution is to remove such wrong allowances/z (horrible sick methods/z of "treatment" ~ them being ECT(electro convulsive therapy) & NeuroSurgery (cutting a inpatient$ brain rendeering them diabledd for life!!!

& instead of revenge-like-cold-chef-special$ i think we or the person in charge should reWrite the ACT so in that chronologically forever afterwards?z not even a criminal is able to loose their ability/move-ability presequence for disabledd &
